Robins Accountants is the largest accounting firm in the Bayside area of Brisbane. The company has offices in Birkdale, Cleveland, Springwood and at Stones Corner.
They specialise in personal and small business accounting, taxation and provide a business advisory service. If an accountant is unable to work because of computer issues, they lose approximately $200 per hour per accountant.
We first met Robins Accountants when we paid them a visit to discuss Surety IT’s business accounting needs. While we were there we became aware of the IT challenges they faced and they asked if we could help.

They have established themselves as a market leader in performance apparel with a key focus in Triathlon and Cycling, building strong customer relationships with National and State Associations and the world's best athletes.
At SCODY they know that sports clothing is a fast changing and technical environment and they choose to be at the forefront. They employ dedicated research scientists and in-house pattern makers/designers to create their own garments.

Started in 1995, General Petroleum Oil Tools are a specialised oil and gas drilling, well and completion equipment supplier.
A family owned and operated business they have become a leading Australian provider of API specified and graded drilling supplies to the oil and gas industry.
General Petroleum Oil Tools operate out of two offices, one headquartered in Brisbane and the other in Dalby.
They were struggling with their IT systems and IT support so they called Surety IT for help.
The Rohrig Group is a commercial construction and refurbishment company based in Brisbane, with offices in Melbourne and Sydney. They have a long history of success and have worked on some of Brisbane’s landmark buildings including, the Gambaro Hotel, the Hilton Hotel, the Marriott Hotel, as well as the IBM building.
They employ over 150 people and need to have reliable IT systems in order to complete projects on time and budget. When they contacted Surety IT, their IT systems were holding them back.
Astute Financial Management is a national mortgage brokerage and financial services aggregator. The company is responsible for the day-to-day management of a team of more than 400 mortgage, commercial and equipment finance specialists and financial planners, as well as a core team of Brisbane-based corporate staff.
They needed to upgrade their systems in order to keep pace with their growing and changing environment. They also wanted the upgrade to be cost effective and completed with minimal downtime. Surety IT delivered.
The Sunnybank Community and Sports Club was formed in 1967 by local parents keen to ensure that each player who trained during the week would get at least half a game on the weekend. This culture of giving a go to everyone who participates is still maintained today as the facility supports many community, sporting and cultural groups in the Sunnybank area.
When we met the club, we learnt that they had been using a single IT technician for a number of years. This person had moved away and the club was struggling to find a suitable IT support company to help them.

The Board of Professional Engineers of Queensland (BPEQ) administers the Queensland Professional Engineers Act 2002 (The Act). The Act provides for the registration of professional engineers to practise in Queensland. Registration as a Professional Engineer of Queensland (RPEQ) is recognition of the qualifications and competencies of an engineer. Such a registration system ensures a high standard of engineering exists within Queensland.
In 2010, BPEQ in partnership with the Board of Architects Queensland (BOAC) released a tender seeking a provider who could meet their IT support needs. Surety IT was chosen ahead of many others.

Bundaberg Brewed Drinks is an iconic Australian family business. Based in Bundaberg, the company has been brewing non-alcoholic beverages for generations and today exports to over 30 countries around the world.
Surety IT was engaged by Bundaberg Brewed Drinks after a public tender process. They needed to replace their ageing server and storage infrastructure as well as implement a suitable disaster recovery plan. They decided Surety IT had the expertise they needed.
QPAC is Queensland’s premier performing arts centre. Located on the banks of the Brisbane River, each year it showcases the best in performance from Australia and around the world. QPAC’s venues host leading international and Australian actors, dancers, musicians, artists and companies. In addition, QPAC produces or co-produces some of Australia's most innovative and successful shows.
