It involved approaching an individual online and manipulating them by sending an email to them and urge them into providing personal and confidential information that can be used to break into a computer secured network using someone else's identity. It is a difficult task to keep our personal information out of the criminals hands, they would think of a better and new way to change their scams to try and rip us off of our important account details. One of the popular tool is the phishing email or SMS, this of course, is when a scammer creates an email or SMS appearing to be from a trusted source, hoping to steal sensitive data by tricking you to send some personal information like PIN or Passwords or into clicking on a malicious link.
