We encourage our employees to take personal ownership of your IT support and service issues, even if they’ve escalated the job to a specialist.  They work as a team and cross-check with each other, to ensure the task is properly completed, all overseen by our Service Delivery Manager.

  • We’ve invested in a Customer Relationship Manager, your advocate within our business, so if there are any service delivery issues, they will take them on, on your behalf, escalate them and resolve them, all the while keeping you up to date with what’s happening.

  • We stress the importance of timely and clear communication as well and like many providers, we recognise plain speaking is a key element in our service to you.
